Click and Collect

Marks Electrical can usually deliver In Stock items to you within a few days. However, if you need an item straight away, you can take advantage of our Click and Collect service and pick the item up yourself direct from our warehouse in the centre of England.

How to Click and Collect

When you order any In Stock item, choose the "Click and Collect" option on the basket page at the checkout and then choose the day you'd like to come to collect it. We'll reserve the item for you at our warehouse, ready for you to come and pick it up.

Payment

We only accept payment for Click and Collect orders by credit or debit card using Chip and Pin when you arrive to collect your goods. We DO NOT accept payment by cash or cheque for Click and Collect orders.

Collection Times

You will be offered a range of collection dates (Mon-Sat), and you can arrive to collect your goods between the hours of 9am-5pm on the date you select.

Failure to Collect

If you fail to turn up by 5pm on your chosen collection date we will automatically cancel your order. You will not be able to collect your goods on a later date without first raising a new order.
