Fab service, was given a two hour time slot for delivery of my dishwasher even rang me 10 mins before to say they were on their way. Would recommend and will use again. Very good price too.

Took delivery of our Bosch Freezer this morning and just wanted to say that I agree with your other reviewers. The price was excellent; the ordering easy but still flexible enough to cater for awkward situations; your delivery man came when you said he would and was a polite, charming and helpful guy. Too early to say what the freezer is like yet but Marks will definitely be our first port of call for future electrical purchases.

What a great service.
Our dishwaher went BANG on Tuesday night. I found the one we wanted to replace it on other mainstream web sites but Marks Electrical had a really good price and fast delivery. I called the number on the web site at 9:00am Wednesday morning and spoke to a nice lady called Kelly who sorted everything out with no fuss in less than 5 minutes. A text message and email came through that afternoon to confirm delivery would be between 12:00pm and 2:00pm today. At 12:10pm today a nice guy called Arran turned up and delivered the dishwasher. He was happy to help out and was very friendly. Service with a smile you might say.
What a refreshing change to have a nice simple clean order and delivery process dealt with so professionally and such nice people as well. A credit to your business.I will definately return for future custom.

I wish all company's were as good as you are. We have ordered a number of electrical appliances in the past from this company and have found them faultless, informative and deliveries on time. They could teach other company's a lesson or two.

Very good service from ordering on line to the info re delivery times.Beko upright freezer arrived on time @ 7 am on monday morning,delivered by Simon S. who was very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend and definitly use Marks Electrical again -

Brilliant service start to finish.Hotpoint fridge freezer. Thanks to Steve on prompt delivery time. Service with a smile. Slight technical hitch on unpacking the goods, Edmund dealt with it proficiently and helpfully, and the problem was with Hotpoint. Grateful thanks to you and will certainly deal with you again with service like that.

Purchased american fridge freezer,cooker,also for my son washing machine,hob,hood,cooker,fridge freezer,salesman Edmond was most helpful in recommending certain items,excellent prices and quality,it was delivered to 2 different addresses Aaron and Mick where most helpful nothing was a problem and they gave us a right laugh.thanks team,everything spot on would definitely recommend
