PYROLYTIC CLEANING
For ease of cleaning, the pyrolytic cleaning feature heats the oven interior to a high temperature, burning
off any food residue and grease to a fine ash that can simply be wiped away once cool.
MEAT PROBE
Check the internal temperature of food such as meat or bread to ensure they are cooked thoroughly with
the inclusive meat probe on the Eclipse single cavity ovens. The removable probe is connected via an outlet on the inside of the oven cavity.
