The decorative rail that adorns the Stoves S900 Richmond Cream 90cm Chimney Hood is the only ornamental aspect of this model.

Versatility and capabilities to capture airborne grease, steam and odours are in abundance when this appliance is operating.

Simple push button controls set three movements into motion, plus a timed boost feature and a powerful LED light that illuminates the cooking area underneath.

This is made possible through a fan powered by a 250-watt motor and two round LED multi spotlights, which are A rated for lighting efficiency.

The same grade has been achieved for energy and fluid dynamic productivity, with estimated annual consumption of just 56 kWh.

The booster is best used for intense cooking tasks. The lowest speed best suits boiling, with the second level for frying and the third setting to tackle grilling and wok cooking.

Encased in the stainless frame are three aluminium grease filters that absorb food residue and can be easily unclipped, then cleaned in a dishwasher.

The air captured by the hood can be either recirculated or extracted, for flexible installation whether it's a flat, apartment or house, with or without venting.

Recirculation requires a charcoal filter that removes any harmful vapours or smell, purifying the air to then pass back through the room.

Extraction requires ducting through an external wall to be directed outside and eliminates the need for carbon filters, which should be changed every four to six months.
