Acquire a barrier for airborne impurities by using the Stoves Richmond S1000 Rail Black 100cm Chimney Hood.

The stainless steel casing is painted black and complemented by a decorative metal rail, so the appliance is as attractive as it is capable.

Airborne grease, steam and odours are captured to their fine particles after the hood is set into motion, by simple push button controls.

There are three fan speeds to choose from, along with a booster function that increases the pace to its fullest for up to eight minutes.

This should be used for intense cooking tasks. The lowest setting best suits boiling, with the second level for frying and the third speed to tackle grilling and wok cooking.

Beneath the 250-watt motor, at the bottom of the hood, are three aluminium grease filters that absorb food residue and can be unclipped, then cleaned in a dishwasher.

Two round LED multi spotlights illuminate the cooking area underneath and are economical illumination, as evidenced by an A rating for lighting efficiency.

This appliance is A rated for energy and fluid dynamic productivity, with estimated annual consumption of just 56 kWh.

The air captured by the hood can be either recirculated or extracted, making it an ideal choice for most living areas.

Recirculation requires an additional charcoal filter that removes any harmful vapours or smell, purifying the air to then pass back through the room.

Extraction requires ducting through an external wall to be directed outside and eliminates the need for carbon filters, which should be changed every four to six months.

Such versatility for operating methods means that the hood can be at home in a flat, apartment or house, with or without the capacity for venting.
