Three different speeds can be selected, at the push of a button, through the fan motor, which is powered to 110 watts.

The lowest setting best suits boiling, with the second level for frying and the third speed to tackle grilling and wok cooking.

Three aluminium filters capture airborne food residue, while the air is being cleared, and are dishwasher proof. Simply unclip and remove them for cleaning.

The stainless steel casing is equally durable and simple to maintain. All that's required is a wipe down from a damp cloth or sponge.
