A Stylish and versatile Stoves Dual Fuel Range Cooker from the British-based favourite

If you want the cooking capacity and flexibility that you get from something larger, the Stoves Sterling 900DFT Stainless Steel 90cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker will meet all your needs and more.

The stainless steel Stoves 900DFT, with its tinted glass oven doors, is striking in appearance and really stands out from many of the other range cookers out there. It's particularly a good fit for a more contemporary-styled kitchen.

This Stoves Sterling Range Cooker has a convenient hob located on the top of the cooker and has 5 gas burners, with a single burner designed specifically for a wok; the burners all have automatic ignition. The hob also has cast iron pan supports, which are durable and easy to clean.

Just like any range cooker, the Stoves Sterling 900DFT has plenty to offer oven-wise. The main cavity houses a 76l fan-assisted oven, which has 4 shelves and a very useful interior light, which grants you a perfect view of the progress of your meals, without having to open the oven unnecessarily.

The other oven cavity has a multifunction, 47l capacity oven and includes 2 shelves for your cooking - there are 5 shelf positions to place them in, too.

All your grilling requirements will be met by the 28l grill compartment that includes a main shelf, drop-down door and grill pan/trivet.

The Stoves Sterling 900DFT Stainless Steel 90cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker also comes with accessories such as a roasting tin and a removable cast iron griddle plate. This is certainly an accomplished range cooker to own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty and practical I purchased this stove a little over 6 weeks ago. It's a really lovely design and perfect for feeding my large family. I cooked an entire roast dinner including desert in one go in a little over two hours! To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Everything slotted together easily and the installation was straightforward and completed within an hour. It's a bit frustrating that you have to buy the gas hose, fittings and electrical cable in top. The only other negatives is larger pans and baking trays don't fit inside the oven cavities and the ignition on the gas hob is a bit temperamental. I can be a bit of a bug bear to keep clean and the finish can easily be scratched. The pan stands are a good weight and very sturdy and the removable glass door on the main oven is a nice touch and makes it easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this stove

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, but certainly not perfect in every way This cooker looks great and, with a bit of patience is easy to clean - I have become a bit obsessive with the stainless steel cleaner and windolene - but that's because it looks so good. However, the stainless steel is already getting scratched on the top of the control panel in less than a few weeks - I'm very careful, but if you're heavy handed this may not be the model for you. Also, you have to hold the knobs in for a bit before they ignite, but I'm getting used to that now. The grill and ovens are great - although, as per other reviews, annoying that the grill pan handle is not included in the price. My main complaint is that there are a number of screw holes on the inner edge of the hob, one of which has no screw in it. I had to have the engineer out straight away to correct a couple of problems, and their line is 'that hole doesn't have a screw' - surely that can't be correct? So the reason for the engineer coming at all was that the fascia panel was a bit wonky, there was a screw hole with no screw, and the oven door handle was loose. First engineer (from Stoves) was useless. Second was at least pleasant, and fixed door handle, which the first was too busy to do (it wasn't on the job sheet apparently - actually, yes it was). Another thing is the tiny symbols on the knobs - which are hard to read and, I suspect, will wear away quickly with cleaning. Final issue was the dreadful acrid smell which came from each oven and the grill on the first few uses - open all your windows and put in on the hottest seems to be the advice for getting rid of this quickly. Much as it might sound, overall, I'm very happy and would recommend this appliance, although mine no longer has the Stoves label on the front as the first engineer replaced the fascia panel with one designed for a Belling. As Terry Wogan used to say 'Is it me??'

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE my cooker! I'm so pleased with my new cooker. Looks amazing and does a great job too. Was the only 90cm model I could find that fulfilled everything that I wanted: - looks good - gas hob and all electric grill / ovens - good size grill - large capacity ovens - fan and conventional ovens - good range of options (minute minder, timer, delayed cooking, defrost) although not had chance to try then out yet! - reasonably priced compared to other range cookers The screw was missing from the top as mentioned in other reviews but this has no impact on functionality and you can't even see it when in use. I'm very pleased that I bought this mode after looking at lots of options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks the business! This range looks good and i like the separate grill and 2 ovens. My main gripe is trying to keep it clean, especially the glass mirror doors! I also think it needed an upstand at the back cos there are always going to be bits fall behind and down the grates at back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely looking Stove This is a really nice stove, practical, with all the features a domestic or even semi-professional cook could ask for. I have a problem with cleaning it as once grills are removed from the top, there is a deep space for grime to build up in the corners - hared to wipe out. Also, the instruction book does not come with instructions for what the controls are for and they are not as intuitive as you might imagine (how hard can it be I hear you ask?) - what appears to be top and bottom oven controls on the knobs are in fact separate controls for top and bottom elements in the bottom oven - the top oven is only a grill....but the bottom oven also has a grill....just to make operating it as clear as mud! Once I figured it out though, all work really well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional and fantastic I bought this 'range' a few months back to replace an inherited larger model. Performance and quality have been great. I am very happy with the product. However, I want to emphasise that having to purchase a handle for the grill pan as an 'extra' is a nonsense when the oven costs so much. This undermines the manufacturer's reputation.
