Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very low power Using this in recycling mode, almost no suction unless turned up full. (Which is way too loud). Looks nice, but frankly just an ornament as it doesn't remove steam.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor to no suction , poor service Bought it in May 2019. Water Steam and fumes from frying (e.g. steaks) are not sucked into the extractor. When frying, the kitchen is full of fumes and I have to open the outside door to clear it. All fumes go up to the bottom of the fan, but are hardly sucked in. Instead the move straight to the left or right under the bottom. The engineer who had a look at it, held a small piece of paper under the fan (at the back) and it was slightly pulled up. He explained, that the poor suction is absolutely normal when used in recirculation mode. It doesn't make sense, because air is blown out from the top with full power. I had a cheaper fan before, which worked absolutely fine without these problems. I guess I'm stuck now with an expensive product that doesn't work. ...... I'm cleaning the filter on a regular basis, but that doesn't have any effect

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic The fan looks good and is quiet on the low setting and is obviously louder on the high fan setting which is as expected but is extremely powerful. Overall very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks and performs excellent First thing you notice when its fitted is how great the cooker hood looks. I like the stainless steel design and it looks expensive. The fan is quiet on the low setting and is obviously louder on the high fan setting which is as expected but is extremely powerful. My Wife likes the way it removes all odours from the cooking when in use which stops the food smell from drifting to other parts of the house, overall very happy with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Efficient but bulky Despite measuring for this, it’s surprised us with just how bulky a design it is. A simple exchange of chimney hoods turned into a long job of removing architrave, tops of units and tiles just to accommodate the chimney, that’s without the extension on. Absolute pain. Instructions are vague and don’t point out that the carbon filter isn’t required if it is installed as an extraction unit. Lights are great, the unit is noisy but effective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a very good product This is a really nice looking chimney hood that seems effective; strong lights, which is handy, 4 settings for extractions - I tend to use only the first 2-3 as the last is extremely loud. Overall I am happy with it so far.
