1. Information about us

   2. Your details will be the property of Marks Electrical and will not be passed on to any third parties. We may use the email provided to inform you of other Marks Electrical promotions in the future.
2. Entry codes
   1. Entry codes are not transferable, not purchasable, and only given away to customers who place an order with Marks Electrical between 29th August and 1st October.
   2. The customer will receive a single entry code for every order placed online, in-store and by phone.
   3. Customer must provide an email address in order to receive an entry code.
   4. Entry codes are only emailed to the address provided by the customer after an order has been completed.
   5. Every entry into the giveaway has an equal chance of winning and everybody is guaranteed to win something. Entry codes are valid until a non voucher code prize is won on 1st October.
3. Eligibility
   1. Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees (and their families) of Marks Electrical, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with Marks Electrical or the giveaway.
   2. Each user can enter once for every code they receive. Due to the nature of the giveaway, entries shall not be returned.
   3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the giveaway.
   4. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
   5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to computer error in transit.
   6. Entry codes will only be dispatched once goods have been fully paid for or when a finance application has been accepted.
   7. In the event an order is cancelled a prize will not be dispatched until an alternative order has been received.
4. Prizes
   1. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
   2. The winners will be contacted via email if they have won a non voucher prize and may be announced on our Facebook and Twitter pages (identifying details will not be given). Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility criteria may result in forfeiture of the prize.
   3. The prize will be retained for a month from the giveaway close date; failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery in that time, or failure to meet the eligibility criteria, will result in forfeiture of the prize.
   4. The winner agrees to the use of their first name and any other non-identifying details for publicity purposes and will co-operate with any other reasonable request by Marks Electrical relating to publicity
5. Vouchers
   1. Any voucher won cannot be used when purchasing ex-display products and products with damaged packaging.
   2. Offer does not include cost of delivery, warranties or other services.
   3. Vouchers expire 1 month after the end of the giveaway.
   4. Vouchers can only be used with future purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
6. Additional terms
   1. The promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these terms of the giveaway at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the giveaway.
   2. The giveaway may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
