Leicester City 2015-16 Barclays Premier League Champions

Formed in 1884 as Leicester Fosse, The Foxes have seen it all; this marks their first Premier League trophy win in the 132 year history of the club. It wasn't until the signing of Manager Claudio Ranieri on July 13th 2015 that the unforgettable season would begin.

Clinching the top spot with 2 games in hand, this is their first Premier League trophy since the club's humble beginnings - a feat nobody saw coming after they narrowly escaped relegation in the previous 2014-15 Premier League season. The combined efforts and hard work of the entire team will go down in history as one of the greatest sporting stories ever.

Come and see our mural to the foxes

London-based van driver Richard Wilson (41) creates large-scale graffiti art in his spare time, stating that he only paints people who inspire him. The infectious energy of Ranieri and the team must have left a mark, as Richard set out to find the place for a tribute to the would-be champions.

Unable to find the right spot after hours of searching Leicester, Richard took a fateful trip down Kate Street and saw the wall of our showroom - he knew it was perfect. After plenty of bacon sandwiches, cups of tea and empty spray cans, the incredible mural was finished and has immortalised this historic season behind our showroom. We couldn't be happier that Richard chose Marks Electrical as the destination for this outstanding work of art!
