Cristian Balasoiu is the Sales Manager at Marks Electrical Leicester, where he has been a key part of the team for over 14 years. With more than 20 years of experience across domestic appliances, TV & AV retail, and IT, he brings a wealth of knowledge to both customers and colleagues. Cristian leads both the showroom and telesales teams, creating a positive, supportive environment where customers feel comfortable and confident in their choices. He is also responsible for product training, working closely with his team to continuously improve product knowledge and ensure customers receive clear, up-to-date advice. With a degree in Psychology, Cristian has a strong understanding of customer behaviour, helping him and his team take a straightforward, honest, and more personal approach to sales. Throughout his time at Marks Electrical, Cristian has played an important role during key periods of change, including the transition from a private company to a PLC and the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics across the business. While maintaining strong sales performance, he supported his team through these challenges, helping ensure a smooth transition and continued focus on a successful customer and business journey.
