Marks+ T&Cs
- Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Membership Programme ("Membership") operated by Marks Electrical Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- Membership is a paid subscription that provides a range of exclusive benefits for a fixed period of 12 months.
- Eligibility
- Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
- You confirm that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
- Membership Term and Payment
- Membership requires payment of the fee set out on our website at the time of purchase.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- Membership will not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term.
- You may choose to purchase a new Membership term once your existing Membership expires.
- Please note that the price and benefits of Membership may change from time to time, and any future purchase of Membership will be subject to the pricing and terms in effect at that time.
- If the cost of Membership is reduced or discounted after your purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund or partial refund. Your Membership fee is fixed at the point of purchase for the full 12-month term.
- Membership Benefits
- Your Membership entitles you to the following benefits during your 12-month term:
- A Tastecard membership (subject to Tastecard's separate terms and conditions).
- Exclusive Member pricing on selected products.
- Free product recycling on eligible products purchased during your Membership.
- The Membership benefits you receive are fixed at the time you join. Changes to benefits for new members will not affect your benefits during your active 12-month Membership term.
- Benefits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with promotional discount codes.
- Use of Membership
- You agree to use your Membership in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You must not share your Membership details or benefits with any other person.
- Misuse of Membership or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your Membership without refund.
- Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your Membership account details secure and confidential.
- You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

- Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your Membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your 12-month Membership after the cooling-off period has ended. (see clause 8).
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership if you breach these Terms or misuse the Membership benefits.
- If we terminate your Membership for breach, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- Cooling-Off Period
- You have the right to cancel your Membership within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period") and receive a full refund.
- If you have made use of any Membership benefits during the cooling-off period, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the value of any benefits used, calculated as if you had purchased those benefits without Membership (for example, delivery or product recycling fees).
- If the value of the benefits you have already used exceeds the Membership fee, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- If you cancel your Membership during the cooling-off period, your access to Membership benefits will end immediately.
- To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, please contact us at membership-queries@markselectrical.co.uk.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data and your rights under data protection laws.
- By purchasing Membership, you consent to receiving communications relevant to your Membership, such as benefit updates, renewals, and service messages. You may separately opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
- Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply to new Membership purchases only.
- The benefits and conditions you receive when you join will remain in place for your 12-month Membership term.
- Limitation of Liability
- Membership is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with your Membership.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

120 Day Returns T&Cs
As a Marks+ customer, you benefit from an extended 120-day change-of-mind returns policy, starting from the date of delivery.
This benefit applies to all eligible purchases made on or after the policy inception date: 26/02/2026.
The policy is available exclusively to active Marks+ members at the time of purchase.
If an eligible product is purchased while your Marks+ membership is active, the 120-day returns period will continue in full even if your membership expires before the end of the 120-day period. The returns window will remain valid until the 120th day from delivery.
- Eligibility
- Marks+ customers may return eligible products within 120 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Has not been installed, connected, hardwired, plumbed in or built in.
- Has not been used or powered on.
- The manufacturer warranty has not been registered.
- Is returned in its original packaging.
- Includes all internal packaging, accessories, manuals, fittings and documentation.
- Is in a fully resaleable condition.
- For the avoidance of doubt, products may be removed from their outer packaging for inspection only. However, they must not be installed or used, the warranty must not be registered, and the product must be returned complete and in resaleable condition.
- If a product does not meet these conditions, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued under the Marks+ 120-day policy.
- Product Condition Requirements
- Items returned under the Marks+ 120-day policy must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Returns of damaged products will only be accepted within the standard returns period of 30 days from delivery.
- Any products returned outside of 30 days that are found to be damaged will not be eligible for refund under the Marks+ 120-day policy.
- Exclusions
- The Marks+ 120-day change-of-mind policy does not apply to:
- Products that have been installed, connected or used.
- Products where the manufacturer warranty has been registered.
- Products that are incomplete or not in resaleable condition.
- How to Arrange a Return
- To arrange a return, Marks+ customers must:
- Visit our Help Centre on the Marks Electrical website.
- Follow the "Return an Item" process.
- Submit the required information for review.
- Our team will review the request, confirm eligibility and provide further instructions, including collection arrangements where applicable.
- Standard return charges apply in accordance with our Returns Policy, as published on our website.
- Refunds
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to meet the eligibility criteria:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
- Return charges, where applicable, will be deducted in line with our standard Returns Policy.
- Statutory Rights
- This Marks+ 120-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights.
