Help with a delivery or collection
If we've been in touch to tell you your order is now in stock, great! We can sort out your delivery date right now.
You can also manage your orders/invoices and change your delivery date by signing up to a user account.
While we'll always do our best to make your delivery as convenient as we can, there're a couple of things we ask you to bear in mind to ensure it all goes smoothly. Read the full delivery guide here.
Please be ready when we arrive.
We'll let you know when to expect us in plenty of time, so it's important that you're ready and waiting to accept, sign for and inspect your goods. You will receive a text/email when we're 30 minutes away to make this as easy as possible for you.
Your time slot is estimated.
Although we're usually really good at arriving in the estimated 2-hour delivery window, we think it's best to make sure you can be available for the whole day just in case of traffic, breakdowns and other unforeseen circumstances.
We can't change your estimated time slot.
Every day is a busy day for us and fitting everyone in means meticulous logistical planning. We'll do everything we can to accommodate you while organising your delivery but once your time slot is assigned, it's a done deal.
We'll be in touch about out of stock items.
If you place an order for a sold-out product, we'll notify you as soon as we have it back in stock to arrange delivery at your earliest convenience. Don't worry, we won't forget!
