Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done. Adaptable to your needs and priorities, Programme Assistant jumps in to advise which dishwasher programme suits each load.
