EcoDry technology

Our tumble dryers with EcoDry technology dry a full load of laundry quickly with minimum energy consumption. What’s more, our patented filter system (patent EP 2 455 537) prevents fluff from blocking up the heat exchanger. It is through this synergy that Miele tumble dryers are able to maintain their performance throughout their service life and deliver impressively short running times.

FragranceDos fragrance system

Our FragranceDos system has room for one or two flacons (depends on the model) of your favourite fragrance, ensuring that all clothing leaving your dryer is scented just the way you like. There is a varied selection of timeless scents available to choose from, with the option to control the intensity of the fragrance, or not apply an extra scent at all.

AddLoad

Whether it’s a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock, thanks to the AddLoad function you can easily add any laundry items that you’ve forgotten – a practical feature, meaning any items you’ve forgotten don’t have to be dried separately.

Integrated condensed water drainage

All Miele heat-pump dryers feature integrated condensed water drainage with a hose tidy. As a result, you can pump out condensate into a sink or a siphon and save yourself the trouble of emptying the condensate container.

PerfectDry

Minerals affect the measurement of residual moisture, which in turn has a direct effect on your drying results. PerfectDry measures the current mineral content of the water and adapts the drying process accordingly so that your laundry is dried perfectly – the results are neither too damp nor too dry.

FragranceDos fragrance system

ProfiEco motor

Maintenance-free heat exchanger

In Miele heat pump dryers, the heat exchanger is protected by an effective filtration system and does not require cleaning. EcoSpeed

EcoSpeed dries your laundry especially quickly, while maintaining a best-in-class energy-efficiency rating. The perfect combination of sustainability and shorter programme running times, good for both the environment and your wallet. Thanks to the maintenance-free heat-pump technology, and electronically controlled motor that adjusts speed based on load, EcoSpeed can reduce the drying time of a full drum by more than 20 minutes.

Pre-ironing with steam

Especially designed to save you effort and time spent ironing your clothes, our Pre-ironing programme uses steam to smooth out creases caused during the spin cycle in the washing machine. This greatly reduces wrinkles in textiles and is suitable for wet and dry fabrics.

Anti-crease

If you cannot remove your laundry immediately after the end of the drying programme, the anti-crease action ensures that the items are loosened up at regular intervals to prevent excessive creasing.

Heat-pump technology

Tumble dryers with heat pumps are renowned for their energy efficiency. As well as drying costing you less, the low temperatures protect the high-quality fibres of your laundry. This means that you can dry delicate items without worrying about damage and unnecessary wear.

Honeycomb drum

The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the rotating drum, meaning items hover for longer in the warm air stream and are dried more uniformly. Small air pockets form in the pattern of the honeycomb design and cushion their fall. This ensures your laundry is treated much more gently and is less creased after drying, with easier and quicker ironing as an added bonus

Highest condensation efficiency

Miele tumble dryers achieve optimum leak-proof values and consequently the highest condensation efficiency class, which means the minimum amount of moist and warm air is able to escape from the appliance.
