Powerful Fade-Free Suction
150 Air Watts of fade-free power with an advanced seven-cell, lithium-ion battery that delivers consistent suction throughout the cleaning cycle. The vacuum removes 50% more dust on a single charge for whole-home cleaning, compared to the original Dyson V8 model. Up to 60 minutes run time is available in Eco mode in handheld configuration, though actual run time will vary based on power mode, floor type and attachments used. Three power modes are now available.
All Floor Cones™ Cleaner Head
The new All Floor Cones™ cleaner head cleans all floor types. Nylon bristles dig deep into carpets whilst soft fluffy fibres clean hard floors without scratching. The cleaner head de-tangles hair up to 25 inches.
De-Tangles and Removes Long Hair
Two rotating conical brush bars remove and de-tangle hair up to 25 inches straight into the bin. This has been tested with hair up to 60cm in Boost mode.
Illuminates Dust on Hard Floors
A central blade of laser-like light reveals microscopic dust and dirt on hard floors, so you don't miss a thing.
HEPA Filtration
The fully-sealed, five-stage filtration system captures 99.99% of microscopic particles as small as 0.1 microns. Dyson's whole-machine HEPA filtration traps dust and seals in 99.97% of microscopic particles as small as 0.1 microns (µm). Filtration efficiency is tested to ASTM F1977 in Boost mode at SGS Laboratory USA in 2025, though capture rate may vary depending on actual usage environment and cleaning mode.
