Easy Steam

By evaporating water inside the oven, the Easy Steam function helps food to be better cooked compared to the same cooking without the addition of humidity.

Idroclean

Without using any type of detergent, this function helps remove the dirt inside the oven thanks to the moisture generated by the water warming at 80-90C.

Air Fry

Perfect for crispy results, the Air Fry function can cook multiple recipes, from your favourite fried foods to heathy vegetable dishes using little or no oil. The combined operation of the circular heating element, fan and upper element, together with the perforated baking tray distributes the hot air around the food resulting in tasty nutritious meals for your family to enjoy.

Leavening 40C

Built to last and to deal with the demands of daily cooking, these high specification ovens feature the function of Leavening at 40C by which the dough maintains its characteristics, allowing optimal leavening.

Special function Pizza300C

The exclusive Pizza special function with its 300C allows you to cook your pizza perfectly as in a real professional oven.
The upper heating element and the fan turn on. The heat coming from the bottom is diffused by forced convection.

Grill

With the variable Electric Grill, you can use the low setting for gentle grilling snacks or toasts and use the high setting for quick grill of steaks or chicken.

Fan Assisted Grilling

Fan assisted grilling speeds up overall cooking. It's ideal for gratin dishes where you want the food to be thoroughly cooked without burning the surface.

True Fan Cooking

With the heating element located around the fan, you can cook many kinds of food on different levels without mixing flavors and smells. This function is great for foods that need to be well cooked but at the same time needing to stay tender and moist.

Keep Warm (Low Heat)

By setting the temperature at 50C and using the fan to spread the heat evenly, you can easily keep cooked food warm without spoiling it for those unexpectedly delays.

Convection Cooking

The heat comes from the top and bottom of the oven. It's the perfect solution for roasting, baking, pizzas and cakes.

Convection with fan

Fan Assisted Cooking spreads the heat evenly in the oven for perfect results every time. It's perfect for food that requires the same level of cooking inside as well as outside, like roast meat, fish, chicken and turkey

Defrost

The defrosting function operates the fan only without any heating. The even circulation of the air inside the oven results in a rapid defrost of frozen foods.
