The EMC02 is designed to be personalised to your individual tastes, with 5 different pre infusion profiles; no preinfusion, short, standard, long and progressive and 3 different steam intensities, you have the ability to choose the preferred pre infusion for your blend and the ideal intensity of frothing milk. Prepare coffee at the correct temperature and pressure with a sophisticated triple thermoblock heating system which allows for faster switch-on times and precise coffee extraction temperature with a range between 90 - 100 degrees, so the coffee experience can be personalised to suit different tastes.

Immerse yourself in the barista experience with the choice of either automatic or manual extraction, while perfecting your espresso with the shot timer on LCD display, which will show the extration time for both manual and automatic extraction.
