The Gravity Series XT is engineered with Extra-Tough materials and finishes for rugged durability and optimal performance. It features 0.81 m² (1,260 square inches) of cooking space and is built to last.
FuelSaver™ Design and Heat Retention
The innovative single-piece FuelSaver™ body design with fiberglass mesh gasket, dual-wall insulation, and porcelain-coated interior optimizes charcoal usage while locking in smoke, heat and moisture throughout the entire cook.
Temperature Control and Performance
The DigitalFan™ effortlessly maintains desired cooking temperatures from 82°C to 370°C (180°F to 700°F). The BBQ reaches 110°C (225°F) in 7 minutes for low and slow cooking or 370°C (700°F) in 11 minutes for high-heat searing.
GravityFed™ Charcoal Hopper
The hopper holds up to 5.4 kg (12 lbs) of lump charcoal or 8.2 kg (18 lbs) of briquettes, providing up to 24 hours of use. Simply load the hopper, light your fire starter and set your desired temperature for a seamless BBQing experience.
Digital Control and WiFi Connectivity
An advanced digital control panel allows you to set cooking temperature, view session graphing and monitor your meat probes. Connect to the Masterbuilt App to set and monitor temperature, view session graphing, check meat probes and discover new recipes from anywhere.
Cooking and Smoking Racks
Premium stainless steel cooking grates and up to three levels of stainless-steel full body smoking racks provide flexible cooking options.
Heat Distribution and Cleanup
A U-shaped dual manifold design delivers enhanced heat distribution and efficient grease evacuation. A full body grease tray enables quick and easy cleanup, and an integrated shutdown slide lever allows for a seamless shutdown process.
