Elica first extraction hob with the suction heart completely invisible that can be activated with a simple switch.

A perfect balance of modern style and high performances: cooking surface cleverly hides a powerful extraction system. The linear surface guarantees the freedom of movement with pots, preserving the easy cleaning advantage of the traditional induction hobs.

Thanks to Airmatic technology, NikolaTesla Switch is able to automatically adjust the extraction speed, thus optimising power consumption and performance. The control interface is intuitive and easy to use thanks to a specific slider for each zone and is totally invisible in standby mode, to be discreet and elegant.

Grease filters can be removed from the top without any effort, in the same way it is possible to access inner part to clean from accidentally leak out of the pots. In addition a special valve allows the discharge of any spilled liquid, to ensure maximum hygiene to your kitchen.

Delay Switch Off. May be used in order to leave the hood on even after cooking to remove stubborn odours

Bridge Zones. There are 2 bridge zones on this model which let you merge 2 adjacent cooking zones

Child Lock. Prevents the hobs cooking zones or extraction from being turned on accidentally

Pause & Recall. You can switch of the hob with one gesture and then restart them with a simple press of a button

Pot Detector. Detects the pot on the cooking area and provides heat only when it is correctly positioned

Stop & Go. With just a single touch you can switch off all the cooking zones

Temperature Manager. This function lets you set the hob with 3 programmes (42, 72 or 92 degrees). Temperatures optimised for very delicate cooking (mousses, sauces, keeping dishes warm) as well as cooking at high temperature (boiling)

Timer. Set the minutes and at the end the cooking zone will automatically switch off and a beeper will sound

Warming Mode. Keeps cooked dishes warm or re-heats a dish that has gone cold. Also ideal for heating liquids such as milk, broth, creams & sauces
