Combination Hob
The Smeg PM3953D is a 90 cm hob that combines induction technology with a traditional gas burner, giving you greater flexibility when cooking.
Gas Burner
Cooking with gas provides an immediate heat source that can significantly shorten cooking time. The gas burner also provides smooth temperature distribution.
Induction Cooking
Induction is a modern cooking method that uses electrical induction instead of traditional heating elements. The heat is only generated at the bottom of the vessel and the surface of the induction hob remains cool and can be touched during the cooking process. This reduces heat loss and makes cooking more energy efficient.
Multizone Technology
The hob features multizone technology that allows you to combine the rear and front heating zones into a large multizone. This way you can place your boilers and pots on the entire surface, use several pots at a time, or use pots with a different shape.
Booster Function and Power Levels
All 4 induction zones have a booster function. The hob offers 9 power levels, so you can choose heat intensity based on your needs.
Controls and Timer
You can easily control the electronic induction zones with just one finger, while the gas burners are adjusted with practical turns. The induction zones have a timer that automatically turns off the heat after the selected time.
