Family Hub 9" Smart Control Centre
The 9" LCD touchscreen display serves as an intuitive control centre for your kitchen. You can manage compatible smart devices and access multiple apps directly from your refrigerator. The display activates with your touch and provides personalised information. You can also speak commands and ask for information using Bixby voice control. A Wi-Fi connection and Samsung account are required to access Family Hub features, apps and smart capabilities. Smart devices must be connected via the SmartThings App using the same Samsung account.
On-Device Bixby Voice Control
Control your refrigerator hands-free with built-in voice recognition. Speak commands to Bixby to control settings, get recipe ideas, receive updates on other appliances, or ask it to display videos on the screen—such as instructions for changing the water filter. A Wi-Fi connection and Samsung account are required, and you must use the same log-in account across all devices.
Auto Open Door with Voice
Open your refrigerator without using your hands. Simply say "Hi Bixby, open the door" or lightly touch the sensors on either side to activate automatic opening. Sensor lights make them easy to locate, and an alert sound lets you know when the door is opening. You can select the door opening level using the SmartThings App, which is available on Android and iOS devices.

The metal cooling plate retains cold temperature and quickly restores any heat loss, keeping your food cool and fresh.
Plumbed Water & Ice Dispenser
Enjoy chilled water and ice without refilling a water tank. The plumbed water and ice dispenser is integrated into the front of the refrigerator and can be easily connected to your water supply. With a simple touch, you can dispense a glass of chilled water or plenty of ice to cool your drinks.
