Induction Cooking Benefits
Induction cooking allows for precise temperature control and is faster than gas cooking, taking only a little over a minute to boil a pint of water. Splashes will not burn onto the hob top and are easily wiped clean, making it safe and user friendly.

This hob is equipped with a child lock that you can activate to prevent your child from accidentally turning on the hob or changing the settings.
Cookware Requirements
When cooking on this induction hob, you must use saucepans and frying pans with a bottom in ferromagnetic metal such as stainless steel. You can test if cookware is compatible by placing a regular magnet on the bottom of the saucepan - if it gets stuck, the saucepan will work on the induction hob.

Induction Hobs
Induction hobs can be installed either flush or surface mounted. We are only able to install surface mounted hobs unless the worktop cut-out has already been prepared as per the example image below. If you're buying a replacement, it's likely you already have this in place.
