Precise Flame Control with Nine Levels
Control your gas hob by numbers and not by eye with Flame Select® technology, which regulates the gas output precisely. Because the amount of gas in each of the 9 levels is defined, you'll get the same cooking results over and over again. The precise steering also prevents uncontrolled boiling or splashing, which makes cleaning after cooking easier. Please note that the product design may differ from the illustration.
Removable Metal Dials
The Sword Dials are crafted from robust metal and can be removed for easy cleaning. Just pop them off when it's cleaning time, and pop them back on when you're done. They give you ultimate control over 9 power levels.
Cast Iron Pan Supports
The Cast Iron Pan Supports are built to hold your cookware steady, preventing wobbling while you cook. They are also dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
Dual Wok Burner
This extra-powerful burner features two flames in one, letting you go from gentle heat to searing hot – up to 5 kW of power, depending on your fuel type. You can simmer or reach fierce heat using just one burner without having to shuffle your pans around the hob.
Gas Safety Cut-Off
The hob comes with a Gas Safety Cut-Off that steps in if your flame goes out, such as from a gust of wind from an open window. It immediately stops the gas supply to the burner.
Biomethane Compatible
This hob is ready to run on sustainable biomethane as a convenient alternative to natural gas.
