touchSlider Temperature Control
Operating your hob is now more intuitive with the touchSlider. Simply touch or slide your finger to control the power level of your cooking zones, eliminating the need for traditional knobs. Heat regulation takes place in half levels, up to a maximum setting of nine.

Intelligent Hood Automatic

Recipe Suggestions via Home Connect App
The Home Connect App offers a wide range of delicious recipes to suit your lifestyle. Make your choice and transfer the ideal settings to your hob with the touch of a button, enabling flexible food preparations and delicious meals. To use this feature, simply connect your hob to your registered Home Connect account.
cookConnect System
The cookConnect system lets your cooktop interact with your matching hood for even more convenience. The hood activates itself when you start cooking, and the power level and light can be adjusted either right on the cooktop or via the Home Connect App.
powerBoost Function
Use powerBoost to increase the power of an induction zone by up to 50%, which could save you up to 35% of the time it usually takes to heat up pots. Spend less time waiting and more time stirring, seasoning and serving your meals.
Pause Function
With the Pause function, you can stop the heating of your hob and block all buttons immediately, giving you time to focus on other things. After a maximum of 10 minutes, continue cooking as if nothing ever happened.
Timer with Cooking Zone Shut-Off
The timer with switch-off function safely shuts off the cooking zone when the selected cooking time expires.
Childproof Lock
The childproof lock button quickly and easily protects each induction hob against unauthorised operation by blocking all the hob's functions at the touch of a button. Locking is cleared by pressing the button again and holding down for a few seconds.

Induction hobs can be installed either flush or surface mounted. We are only able to install surface mounted hobs unless the worktop cut-out has already been prepared as per the example image below. If you're buying a replacement, it's likely you already have this in place.
