FlexInduction: Adaptive Cooking Zones
The flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware up to 24 cm in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, the hob activates more inductors for even heating. It's also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.
TouchSlider Control
Simply touch or slide your finger to control the power level of your cooking zones, making knobs a thing of the past. Heat regulation takes place in half levels, up to a maximum setting of nine.
FryingSensor Pro: Consistent Temperature Control
The fryingSensor Pro keeps the heat in the pan at a consistent level with the choice of 11 temperature options. The intelligent sensor controls the temperature and avoids burning, so you get excellent results every time. You can enjoy spending time with your guests without worrying about burned food.
FlexZones: Automatic Cooking Zone Detection and Transfer
Sensors under the glass ceramic automatically detect the shape and size of pots and pans and immediately combine or split the cooking zones accordingly. If you move the cookware, the settings are transferred instantly. Simply place the cookware on the cooktop, turn it on and enjoy flexible cooking.
PowerBoost Function
Use powerBoost to increase the power of an induction zone by up to 50%. This could save you up to 35% of the time it usually takes to heat up pots.
Wi-Fi Connectivity and Home Connect Integration
With Wi-Fi-enabled Siemens home appliances and Home Connect, your kitchen is more connected and intelligent. Intelligent Hood Automatic
The hob automatically interacts with a matching hood through intelligent hood automatic. The hood matches the fan level to the temperature and power of the hob. CookConnect System
Thanks to the cookConnect system, the hood activates itself when you start cooking. The power level and light can be adjusted either right on the cooktop or via the Home Connect App with a matching hood.

Induction hobs can be installed either flush or surface mounted. We are only able to install surface mounted hobs unless the worktop cut-out has already been prepared as per the example image below. If you're buying a replacement, it's likely you already have this in place.
