FlexInduction: Adaptive Cooking Zones
The flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware up to 24 cm in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, the hob activates more inductors for even heating. It's also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.
TouchSlider Control
Operating your hob is intuitive with the touchSlider: simply touch or slide your finger to control the power level of your cooking zones, making knobs a thing of the past. Heat regulation takes place in half levels, up to a maximum setting of nine.
FlexZones: Intelligent Cooking Zone Selection
Sensors under the glass ceramic automatically detect the shape and size of pots and pans and immediately combine or split the cooking zones accordingly. When you move the cookware, the settings are transferred instantly. Simply place the cookware on the cooktop, turn it on and enjoy flexible cooking.
PowerBoost Function
Use powerBoost to increase the power of an induction zone by up to 50%, which could save you up to 35% of the time it usually takes to heat up pots. Spend less time waiting and more time cooking.
FlexMotion: Pan Memory
FlexMotion remembers the heat settings for individual pans, so you can move them freely across the hob. The temperature on the new cooking zone automatically adapts, so you spend less time adjusting the hob controls and more time cooking.

Induction hobs can be installed either flush or surface mounted. We are only able to install surface mounted hobs unless the worktop cut-out has already been prepared as per the example image below. If you're buying a replacement, it's likely you already have this in place.
