Slide-Out Ash Drawer
Lump charcoal burns cleaner than traditional briquettes, so there is far less ash to deal with on a Kamado Joe relative to traditional briquette grills. That said, there is still some ash. A handy slide-out ash drawer is included to make dealing with this ash easier than ever and keep things clean and easy.
