Nikolatesla Switch Black Induction Hob with Built-In Extractor
Elica's first extraction hob with a completely invisible suction system that can be activated with a simple switch. This re-circulating model combines modern style with high performance, cleverly hiding a powerful extraction system beneath the cooking surface. The linear surface guarantees freedom of movement with pots while preserving the easy cleaning advantage of traditional induction hobs.
Airmatic Extraction Technology
The hob automatically adjusts extraction speed to optimise power consumption and performance. The control interface features an intuitive slider for each zone and is totally invisible in standby mode for a discreet and elegant appearance.
Maintenance and Hygiene
Grease and high-performance regenerable odour filters can be removed from the top without effort. The inner part is accessible for cleaning in case of accidental spills from pots. A special valve allows the discharge of any spilled liquid to ensure maximum kitchen hygiene.
Cooking Functions and Features
- Bridge Zones: Two bridge zones allow you to merge two adjacent cooking zones
- Pot Detector: Detects pots on the cooking area and provides heat only when correctly positioned
- Temperature Manager: Set the hob to three programmes (42, 72 or 92 degrees) optimised for delicate cooking such as mousses and sauces, as well as high-temperature cooking like boiling
- Warming Mode: Keeps cooked dishes warm or reheats cold dishes, and is ideal for heating liquids such as milk, broth, creams and sauces
- Timer: Set the minutes and the cooking zone will automatically switch off with a beeper sound at the end

- Delay Switch Off: Leaves the hood on after cooking to remove stubborn odours
- Pause & Recall: Switch off the hob with one gesture and restart with a simple button press
- Stop & Go: Switch off all cooking zones with a single touch
- Child Lock: Prevents the hob's cooking zones or extraction from being turned on accidentally
