Combination Hob with Induction and Gas
The SMEG PM3743D combines a traditional gas cooker with a modern induction hob, featuring 2 induction zones and 2 gas burners for versatile cooking options.
Gas Burners
The two gas burners provide an immediate heat source that significantly shortens cooking time and delivers smooth temperature distribution.
Induction Cooking
Induction uses electrical induction instead of traditional heating elements. Heat is generated only at the bottom of the vessel, while the surface of the induction hob remains cool and can be safely touched during cooking. This reduces heat loss and makes cooking more energy efficient.
Multizone Heating Technology
The multizone heating technology allows you to combine the rear and front heating zones into one large zone. This lets you place boilers and pots across the entire surface, use several pots at a time, or accommodate pots with different shapes.
Power Levels and Controls
The hob features 9 power levels so you can choose heat intensity based on your needs. The electronic induction zones are controlled with a single finger, while the gas burners are adjusted with practical turn controls.
Timer Function
The induction zones have a timer that automatically turns off the heat after the selected time.
