Design and Finish
This SMEG SI364BM hob combines induction cooking with classic steering wheel controls for a blend of classic and modern design. It features stainless steel controls, black glass ceramics, and a facade edge.
Hotplates and Cooking Zones
The hob has 4 induction cookers with 4 power amplifiers. The cooking zones are arranged as follows: VL (front left) and HR (back right) each have a 230mm diameter zone with 2.30 kW power and 3.00 kW booster; HL (back left) and VR (front right) each have a 160mm diameter zone with 1.30 kW power and 1.40 kW booster. All zones can detect vessels down to 100mm diameter.
Cooking Controls and Features
The hob offers 9 power levels with sensor-controlled power supply control and automatic booster function. It includes automatic regulation of the pot diameter for optimised cooking performance.
Safety Features
Safety features include a residual heat indicator, child safety lock, overheating protection, auto-stop protection, and a cooling fan with automatic overload protection.

Induction Hobs
Induction hobs can be installed either flush or surface mounted. We are only able to install surface mounted hobs unless the worktop cut-out has already been prepared as per the example image below. If you're buying a replacement, it's likely you already have this in place.
