Cooking with induction

Induction is a modern cooking method that uses electrical induction instead of traditional heating elements. The heat is only generated at the bottom of the vessel and the surface of an induction hob remains cool and can be touched during the cooking process. This reduces heat loss and makes cooking more energy efficient. With 4 heating zones you get more than enough room for boilers and pots.

Quickstart

The device automatically discovers in which heating zone you have placed your vessel so you can start cooking in seconds. For safety's sake, SMEG also smokes against automatic start.

Automatic boiler recognition
