Precise Flame Control with Nine Levels
Control your gas hob by numbers and not by eye with Flame Select® technology, which regulates gas output precisely. Because the amount of gas in each of the 9 levels is defined, you'll get the same cooking results over and over again. The precise steering also prevents uncontrolled boiling or splashing, which makes cleaning after cooking easier.
Removable Metal Dials
The Sword Dials are crafted from robust metal and can be removed for easy cleaning. Just pop them off when it's cleaning time, and pop them back on when you're done. They give you ultimate control over 9 power levels.
Cast Iron Pan Supports
The cast iron pan supports are designed to provide maximum stability so you can cook with confidence. Two pan supports together form a continuous surface, but can be removed individually. Thanks to their smaller shape, they are easier to handle and fit better in the dishwasher. They are suitable for dishwashers.
Wok Burner with 4 kW Power
The Wok Burner delivers a powerful 4 kW of heat, giving you the freedom to cook like a pro.
Gas Safety Cut-Off
The hob comes with a Gas Safety Cut-Off that steps in if your flame goes out, such as from a gust of wind from an open window. It immediately stops the gas supply to the burner.
Biomethane Compatible
This hob is ready to run on sustainable biomethane, offering a convenient alternative to natural gas.
