Capacity and Shelf Positions
The oven's extra large 73-litre capacity is ideal for preparing meals for the whole family in one go. With five different shelf positions, you can easily cook different sized dishes at the same time.
Multifunction+ Cooking Options
The multifunction oven allows you to select from a number of different cooking functions, giving you more flexibility and control over your meals:
- Equiflow™ fan - Distributes the heat evenly through the use of an integrated fan, perfect for batch baking.
- Defrost - The fan assists defrosting by circulating room temperature air around the food, making it more hygienic and done in half the time.
- Conventional oven - Ideal for traditional roasting, with the meat placed in the middle of the oven and roast potatoes towards the top.
- Top heat - Use the top oven element towards the end of cooking for delicate browning, great for dishes like lasagne.
- Base heat - Provides additional browning for pizzas, pies and quiche when used towards the end of cooking.
- Base heat with fan - The base element cooks the base of your open pies, while the fan allows the air to circulate around the filling.
- Intensive bake - Suitable for food with a high moisture content, such as quiche, bread and cheese cake, and eliminates the need for baking pastry blind.
- Fanned grilling - Circulates heat around the food, making it ideal for thinner foods such as bacon, fish, gammon and steaks.
- Conventional grilling - Cooks food from the top and is ideal for a range of food from toast to steaks, allowing you to cook large quantities of food.
Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning
The pyrolytic cleaning cycle raises the oven temperature to around 500°C, reducing all the baked-on, greasy deposits to a fine ash that can be easily wiped out with a damp cloth. The oven has a specially developed enamel lining to cope safely with the extreme temperature. A safety lock door ensures the oven can't be accessed during the cleaning cycle, providing complete peace of mind.
Soft Close Doors
The soft close door function ensures the door shuts softly, improving safety whilst providing a more luxurious feel.
Telescopic Shelves
Telescopic shelves make it safer to put dishes into the oven and remove them. The shelf can be pulled out smoothly to its maximum so you don't have to reach into the oven.
