Touch and Slide Control
Neatly arranged dual light sliders make it simple to select cooking zones on each side of your cooktop. Just tap and slide to control your hob. When the hob is switched off, the interface disappears to leave you with a sleek and minimalist black glass surface.
flexInduction: Flexible Cooking Zone
The flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware up to 24 cm in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It's also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.
climateControl Sensor: Automatic Air Circulation
The climateControl Sensor measures steam intensity and detects cooking fumes to optimise the air circulation automatically. This keeps the air in your kitchen fresh without being too high or low, and never louder than necessary.
fryingSensor Plus: Automatic Temperature Control for Frying
fryingSensor Plus makes frying easier by automatically maintaining the ideal temperature to ensure the food is cooked just right. Once the preferred programme is selected depending on the type of food to be cooked, a signal will notify when to add oil to the pan and add the food. fryingSensor Plus then takes control, delivering full precision by keeping the dish at the defined temperature level as soon as this has been reached.
cookingSensor Plus: Prevents Overboiling
Once attached to the pot, the cookingSensor Plus interacts with the cooktop, giving a signal when a certain temperature has been reached and keeping it exactly at that level to prevent overboiling.
inductionAir: Triple Overflow Protection and Easy Cleaning
The triple overflow protection system helps prevent liquids or other spills from entering the hob. If anything does spill into the unit, you can simply pop the dishwasher-safe grease filters into your dishwasher for easy cleaning.
powerMove Plus: Three Separate Heating Zones
powerMove Plus lets you separate your cooktop into three different heating zones. From roasting at highest temperatures in the back to keeping meals warm in the front, the individual zones are activated by simply placing the cookware on them.
flexZones: Automatic Cooking Zone Detection and Transfer
With intelligent flexZones, sensors under the glass ceramic automatically detect the shape and size of pots and pans and immediately combine or split the cooking zones accordingly. If you move the cookware, the settings are transferred instantly. Simply place the cookware on the cooktop, turn it on and enjoy flexible cooking.
