Product Overview
The NikolaTesla Alpha B is a 78cm black glass induction hob with built-in extractor that combines minimalist design with top-notch technology. It seamlessly integrates into any kitchen style while delivering energy-efficient cooking and extraction performance.
Energy Efficiency
Water boils in just a few minutes using about 25% less energy compared to standard induction hobs with integrated extraction systems. The appliance automatically detects the cooking zones in use and adjusts the extraction power accordingly, optimizing energy consumption.
Autocapture Technology
The innovative Autocapture feature automatically adjusts extraction power by detecting active cooking zones and setting the most suitable fume and odor capture level. The system adjusts automatically to the number and power of the cooking zones you are using.
Ceramic HP Filter
A ceramic filter is included within the back outlet re-circulation kit. Performance is maintained by simply regenerating in an oven and the filter lasts for up to 5 years.
Cooking Functions and Controls
- Stop & Go: Switch off all cooking zones with a single touch
- Timer: Set minutes for automatic zone shut-off with beeper alert
- Warming Mode: Keeps cooked dishes warm, reheats cold dishes, or heats liquids such as milk, broth, creams and sauces
- Child Lock: Prevents cooking zones or extraction from being turned on accidentally
- Delay Switch Off: Leave the hood on after cooking to remove stubborn odours
Maintenance and Cleaning
The glass-ceramic surface makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. Filters can be easily accessed and removed for washing or replacement. A maintenance alarm features an indicator light that alerts you when filters need to be washed or replaced.
Installation and Design
The NikolaTesla Alpha B can be installed in 80cm and 90cm base units. Installation can be done safely in just a few steps. The appliance features total integration, seamlessly fitting into the kitchen while preserving clean lines.
