Power Outage Announcement for 14th August 2018

On Tuesday 14th August 2018, we are having some routine work done by the electricity board at our head office. This will be carried out from 12:30pm and should be completed within an hour.

We would like to inform you that during this time, you will not be able to:

• Book deliveries
• Make phone calls or send emails to our sales or customer services team
• Collect click and collect items

Please be reassured that all our other services will be working as normal and you can still safely place an order on our website. We will not be able to confirm a delivery day but if you let us know your preference, we’ll be in contact as soon as the power is back on!
