Delivery & installation
Booking your delivery
In the basket stage, after you enter your shipping address, you will need to choose your preferred delivery date. Here, you will have the opportunity to leave special instructions to aid our team in getting your order to you.
Delivery
- Once you complete your order, you will receive a booking confirmation and date. An invoice will follow this shortly after.
- You will be notified of your estimated delivery timeslot by SMS between 7pm and 9pm the day before delivery.
- You will be given a 2 hour delivery window, and our logistics team will call you 30 minutes before we arrive at the delivery address.
- Make sure you are at the house during your timeslot, and ensure to inspect your items once they arrive.

Our appliances are available to collect from our showroom based in Leicester at 4 Boston Road, Leicester, LE4 1AU.
Installation
We offer installation in most areas. You can enter your postcode on the basket page to see if these services are available to you. Installation costs can vary from £49 up to £149 depending on the appliance being fitted.
- We install appliances to purpose built housings and connect to your existing services.
- You will get a call from our installation coordinator prior to your installation day to confirm that the appliance you ordered is suitable for the existing services at your property.
- Please ensure that we can easily access the room of choice for the installation to take place.
- Please ensure that there is parking at the property, as most integrated appliances will take over 1 hour to be installed.
