This fantastic appliance has a whole host of programmes and functions. It has 21 different programmes so you can tailor each cycle to the wash load in hand. One of our favourite features is the Delay Start Timer. Designed to delay when the cycle goes ahead, you can choose when you want your garments washed and dried. This is handy if you want the cycle to begin once you’ve left the house, or for when you get home. Save time and energy with AutoAdjust. This feature weighs what you put into the machine, adjusting the duration of the cycle and the amount of water and energy used accordingly to give you the most economical wash possible. It’s able to weigh your garments thanks to DuoSensor. These sensors have been installed to take note of the weight of the clothing and the fabrics. DuoSensor customises the drum movements and temperature to ensure they’re washed and dried with the ideal settings. Thankfully, you can now gently wash and dry your handwash only and delicate items without running the risk of ruining them. NonStop 60-Minute is a handy programme designed to wash and dry your clothes in as little as an hour. If don’t want to use this feature, then you can make use of Flextime which allows you to adjust the length of a full cycle, so your laundry is ready when you are.

Like most modern washer dryers, this one is cold fill only. Some older washer dryers also have a hot water intake, but in reality, little hot water ever gets into these machines on most washes. This is because hot water cools rapidly in household water pipes, and by the time it starts to run hot the washing machine has almost finished filling. This is particularly true nowadays because modern washing machines use a lot less water than ever before.
